After seven years of civil litigation practice, I started Olympic Appeals PLLC in 2017 to focus solely on appeals. I have been the lead appellate attorney for over 40 appeals in the Washington Supreme Court, all three divisions of the Washington Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
I graduated fifth in my class at the University of Iowa College of Law in 2010. I have won awards for my legal research and writing. I continuously work to improve these skills and present cases with focus and clarity. I have been selected to the Super Lawyers 2018 Washington Rising Stars list, an honor for which no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in the state were selected.
I will work with you to identify the central issues that have the greatest chance of success on appeal. I work hard to present your case in a way that is easily understood, helping the judges to make a correct decision in your favor.
I pledge to keep clients and their trial lawyers informed of what is going on during the appeal process. I will be open and honest with you. I will listen to your concerns and answer your questions. I want you to be satisfied with the work I do for you.
I offer multiple pricing options depending on the nature of the case and each client's budget:
- Hourly fees
- Flat fees
- Monthly payments
- Pay online
Olympic Appeals does not have a permanent, public office. This allows us to keep our costs down and pass the savings along in the form of lower fees.
At the beginning of a case, I often travel to meet new clients at their trial attorney's office or some other convenient location. After that, most of our communication can be done by phone or email.
